Pastor Rich was saved at the age of six and grew up in a pastor's home. As a teenager, he surrendered to full time Christian ministry. Upon graduating from high school, he attended and graduated from Landmark Baptist College with a bachelors degree in Theology.

It was while he was attending Landmark that he met his wife, Brittany. They were married in 2003 and began serving the Lord at Faith Baptist Church in Ft. Pierce, Florida. In 2012, they followed God's leading to move to east Tennessee and eventually to Shenandoah Baptist Church in Cleveland, Tennessee. While serving at Shenandoah, God began to work and direct Pastor Rich towards pastoring full time. 

Near the end of 2023, Pastor Rich began to provide pulpit supply at Bibleway while they were searching for a pastor. In May of 2024, God directed him and his family to become the pastor of Bibleway Baptist Church.

Brother Joe Quimby has been serving in the ministry for many years. In the spring of 2024, God led him and his wife, Angie, to Bibleway to begin serving and ministering in whatever capacity is needed. Brother Joe works diligently on outreach and visiting, while Angie works in our children's ministries. Both Joe and Angie have a servant's heart and a desire to reach people for Christ.
